Local Rules

A. Out of bounds and Course Boundaries

Out of bounds is defined by the line between the course-side points at ground level of white stakes and Ranch/Fence posts.

B. Abnormal Course Conditions and Integral Objects

  1. Play is prohibited from all outlined areas around gorse or areas marked as G.U.R.
  2. Any area of abnormal ground conditions caused by drainage work.
  3. The ranch fence to the right of the 3rd green.
  4. Metal fences beside the 4th and 6th tees.
  5. All man made paths
  6. Road crossing the 1st fairway.
  7. All sprinkler heads.

C. Putting Greens (Rule 13.1f)

When taking wrong green relief from the 9th and 14th, the wrong green is defined to include the area of fairway within one club-length from the edge of the putting green. This means when taking relief under Rule 13.1f, the nearest point of complete relief must avoid interference from this area in addition to the wrong green.

D. Ball Deflected by Power Line (Model Local Rule E-11)

If it is known or virtually certain that a player's ball hit a power line [or tower or a wire or pole supporting a power line] during play on 8th & 16th hole the stroke does not count. The player must play a ball without penalty from where the previous stroke was made (see Rule 14.6 for what to do).

E. Special or Required Relief Procedure (Rule 16.1f)

Young trees identified by stakes are no play areas. If a players ball lies anywhere on the course other than in a Penalty Area and it lies on or touches such tree or such tree interferes with the player’s stance or area of intending swing, the player must take relief under Rule 16.1f.

F. Etiquette

  • Please repair pitch marks on green.
  • Please replace divots on fairways.
