This years very warm and sunny May Bank Holiday saw a dozen mixed pairings go out to play for the Hames Cup. Format was a Greensome Stableford.
Played on excellent course conditions, sunny, warm and a lot of good humour flying about.
The winners with a magnificent score of 41pts were Mike Clark & Claire Ineson.
2nd place went to Club Captain Steve Sanger partnered by Caroline Payne with 37pts.
In 3rd place were Terry Everett & Stella Briggs returning a score of 34 pts.
Nearest the pin for the Ladies was Jean Kitteringham and for the Gentlemen was John Cousens.
Our thanks go to all those who participated and to Clubhouse1896 who served up a splendid meal to round off a very enjoyable day.
Also a birthday was celebrated with Terry Everett receiving a 'small' cake!
