Match Report - Hardy A Cup - Away at Highcliffe Castle Golf Club on Sunday 25th March
The Ashley Wood Hardy A team fell to a 6-2 defeat in the cup away to Highcliffe Castle. Home advantage certainly counts in cup ties and despite some determined play from our team our opponents manged to make it count. Great wins for Michael Collings-Carter, who had to endure a fightback from his opponent to win 1up & Nick Blazier continuing his impressive recent record with our other point, winning his match 3&2. The team can now concentrate on the league when we welcome Highcliffe GC to Ashley Wood in May.
