Support for Beast Cancer Team at DCH
Over the years at least eight of our Ladies have been successfully treated for Breast Cancer,
four in the last two years,
On Tuesday , 14th June 2016 we held our event which was very enjoyable .All had a good time with a great deal of merriment and fun , complete with amazing pink outfits . Twelve teams took part in a Bowmaker competition plus various other golf skills tests.
Thanks to the generosity of the lady members we raised £375 . Thank you to all who took part - organisers , helpers and players .
The winners of the Bowmaker were Gill Wood, Chris Cullen and Nelda Oakes. Unfortunately Chri was the only one able to stay for the presentation.
