This annual event was somewhat curtailed today in numbers playing, due to weather conditions and injuries.
Six stalwarts went out to play 9 holes, and six more joined them for a delicious two course meal thanks to Clubhouse 1896, thoroughly enjoyed by all present.
Good to hear all the laughter and chatter from all.
The Past Lady Captains present covered the years 1984 - 2023 and all bar three of those present are still members of the Club.
The Winner was Jill Silver with a magnificent 21 pts. Second was Joan Bartlett and third was Angela Seddon, last years Captain, who organised the “Jolly”.
