Thursday 19th October saw the final Seniors & Ladies competition of the year and true to form the weather forecast was not being helpful.
The Course was open, therefore the competition went ahead, although there were some long faces.
However there were only a few brief showers during the event and everyone came in dry and smiling.
The course lived up to its reputation, so congratulations are in order to the Greens Team for their continued hard work, plus the Caterers, Clubhouse 1896 who provided an excellent meal at end the day.
The results were as follows:
Winners - Colleen Fisher, Jenny Clark, Jack Sheppard & Stuart Jenner – Nett 56
2nd - Sue Smart, Sue Hampton, Roger Seddon & Steve Duckett – Nett 59
3rd - Debbie Troke, David Shepherd & Ann Morris – Nett 61
4th - Angela Seddon, Maxine Palmer, Richard Pickup & Clive Hampton – Nett 62
5th - Gill Philip, Mike Clark, Claire Ineson & Micky Briggs – Nett 62
