On Saturday we saw the presentation of the Charity Cheque to the Chosen Charity of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
This Charity was chosen by the 2022 Club Captain Chris Wyatt and also the 2022 Ladies Captain Maxine Palmer.
Between the two of them and with help from all the members across the Club the final amount was £8,950.
A fantastic amount for such a worthwhile cause!
To receive the cheque from SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity was the Lord Lieutenant of Dorset, Angus Campbell along with other representatives from SSAFA.
Thanks to all the members for their support throughout the year, its much appreciated!
