Unfortunately we lost our match - 5-2
Heavy rain from start to finish, thunder rumbling, and a terrific hailstorm - when addressing the ball, we had ice going down the back of our necks - on the last day of June!! The greens were white, and putting was a challenge!
What an experience - normally in those weather conditions, we would have just looked out of the window, and had another cup of coffee!
Unfortunately as it was Interclub, that wasn’t possible!
Just one game left now this season - home against Knighton Heath, so fingers tightly crossed!
