As part of our 125th celebrations we wanted to provide some history of The Ashley Wood GC
To celebrate our centenary back in 1996 one of our Members at the time, Alan Lindsay (who sadly passed away late last year) wrote a book called the The Ashley Wood Story
Below you can find the second chapter of the book and provides an insight into how Ashley Wood was formed back in 1896 and the involvement from previous owners Roy and Jackie Carey of which we have two trophies in their name played every year!
