Congratulations to our Ladies Parkin Cup Team who won away at Wareham Golf Club 3-0 yesterday!
The Parkin Cup is a county scratch knockout competition for bronze players.
The team was Ann Thornton, Chris Surtees & Val Carder
They received a warm welcome from the Wareham team, Gill, Tina and Charlene, got a good soaking playing in the rain, however cheered up with freshly made coffee & walnut cake after the game.
The silver players equivalent, the Humphrey’s Bowl is being played this Friday, at Ashley Wood, against Ferndown Golf Club, good luck team!
