Last week saw the Ladies section hold their Invitation Day and the opportunity to bring their guests from near and far to enjoy a fun game of golf at Ashley Wood. The weather was dry but not that sunny and despite Course maintenance having just taken place there were some very good scores overall.
Winners on 42 points were Judith White and Dawn Gale from Crane Valley Golf Club
Second place on 41 points were Val Lee and Lorraine Gorman from Parkstone Golf Club
Best front 9 on 22 points were Cathy Drew and Caroline Ringsell from Gerards Cross Golf Club
Best back 9 on 22 points were Gill Parsons-Fox and Mary Pryor from Broadstone Golf Club
Nearest the Pin on the 9th was Pam Chard from Knighton Heath GC
